CSB Loyal Core Conversion
Citizens State Bank of Loyal is “The Bank for Life’s Biggest Decisions” and now we’re making a big decision of our own! We are excited to announce that we are upgrading to a new core banking system on July 16th 2018. Our core banking system is the computer software that processes our major banking functions. Examples of these functions include handling deposits and withdrawals, creating and mailing statements, processing loan payments, tracking loan history, and online and mobile banking, to name a few.
Improving The Way We Serve You…
We are making this improvement because upgrading our core system will allow us to enhance our security measures and improve processing productivity in order to serve our customers better. The change will primarily take place within the internal departments of the bank but our customers will also notice some product changes to online and mobile banking, and an improved look to monthly statements.

Business Day End
CSB will be changing the time in which we end one business day and begin another from 4:00 PM to regular business hours beginning Friday, July 13, 2018.
For determining the availability of your deposits, every day is a business day, except Saturdays, Sundays, and federal holidays. If you make a deposit during regular business hours, we will consider that day to be the day of your deposit. However, if you make a deposit outside of regular business hours or on a non-business day, we will consider that the deposit was made on the next business day we are open.
Beginning on Friday, July 13th at 4:00 PM online banking will enter an ‘inquiry only’ status. This means that balance information will not be displayed in real-time. Additionally, the ability to complete a transfer between accounts, set up new transfers, or edit current account transfers will be restricted. Online banking services will be available once again on Monday, July 16th through our website, csbloyal.com. The cut-off time for online banking transfers will be 6:00 PM beginning Monday, July 16th.
Mobile App Banking
Mobile banking will be disabled Friday, July 13th at 4:00 PM. Mobile access and mobile deposit functions will not be available. CSB’s brand new mobile banking app will be available for download in app stores on Monday, July 16th.
Online Banking Bill Payment
The Bill payment portal within online banking will be unavailable beginning Thursday, July 12th at 11:00 AM.
Please have any bill payments sent or scheduled to be sent no later than this date to ensure payment delivery. CSB is making every effort to transfer Bill Payment payees and scheduled payments to the new online banking system.
Telephone banking will not be available beginning Friday, July 13th at 4:00 PM until July 16th. Only one telephone number will be available for customers to use for telephone banking beginning July 16th. The only automated telephone banking system phone number to access account information will be 1-877-257-3304.
eStatement history from the current online banking system will not transfer to the new system.
Please download and save all eStatement history you wish to retain by Friday, July 13th.
All CSB Loyal customers will receive a printed and mailed statement dated July 13, 2018, including eStatement recipients. A second statement will be sent as the regularly scheduled monthly statement at the end of July. Regular savings account statements without Electronic Funds Transactions (EFT) will be mailed quarterly. Customers will notice a new look to their monthly statements beginning with the end-of-July statement.
Check Image Recipients
Customers who receive check images with their statements will receive an additional mailing dated July 13, 2018 that will include check images. An additional statement with images will be mailed at the end of July, and at every month-end thereafter, as the regularly scheduled monthly statement.
Interest accrued through July 13, 2018 will post to all interest-bearing accounts and will be reflected on the July 13th statement, as mentioned in the above section. Interest accrued after July 13th will post in accordance with its regular posting schedule.
Kasasa Cash Checking
Citizens State Bank of Loyal will automatically qualify every Kasasa Cash Checking account for the July 13th statement.
PLEASE NOTE: The Kasasa Rewards statement cycle will change to end the third Wednesday of each month beginning in August. The Kasasa qualification cycle will end the business day prior to the third Wednesday of each month.
