Debit Cards
Citizens State Bank of Loyal Visa debit cards have EMV chip technology. This means payments are made more securely and have better protection against fraud. You may still be required to enter your card’s PIN or sign for transactions. You can also still use the magnetic strip on the back of your card if the merchant’s terminal or ATM is not yet chip enabled.
Lost or stolen card?
- Report fraudulent activity as quickly as possible by calling Citizens State Bank: 1-800-599-8399
- To report fraudulent activity on your debit card outside of banking hours you can call Shazam: 1-800-383-8000
